You can let them know, but do keep in mind that them being unaware can put you in a more awkward position where they don't acknowledge your help or even misinterpret your intentions. If someone would have approached me 4 years ago with the info I have now, I might not have had a listening ear. Hope it works out. #Lobi
Well... They talk about management during their meetings so anything I and anyone else does gets reported anyway. And one at the top has learned of what I did. They can make it all about me or not, I can play devil's advocate all day. Lol.
