Reflection
The word of God encourages us not to worry or be anxious about the morrow. God is kind and He cares so much about His children that He's ready to give unto us every of our needs.
Romans 8:31 What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?
8:32 He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?
Though preachers mention these words during sermons and Christians also read it in the Bible, situations of life at times make us forget God's promises or make us unable to wait for Him to show up for us. Sometimes, we try with our human reasoning to work out the possibilities of His promises, but God's ways are not ours. Whatever He says, He will do.
Isaiah 55:8 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.
55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.
This song charges us more to lean on God and trust in His promises. Even if what you need is not in existence, God will create it just because He knows you need it. If manna has to fall from heaven, I know God will provide for me.
