Il Rap in Italia!! (The Rap in Italy !!)

L'Hip hop o Rap in Italia nasce nel 1980 sulle orme di quello americano , essendo qualcosa di nuovo inizialmente si è cercato soltanto di imitarlo usando addirittura anche l'inglese poichè bisognava prendere confidenze con le metriche e il flow , perciò nacquero i primi gruppi che poi hanno fatto la storia dell'hip hop italiano come per esempio i Radical Stuff composto da Kaos One ,DJ Skizo, Soul Boy, Sean (Mc SudAfricano) e DJ Gruff, Top Cat (Mc degli USA) .

Hip hop or Rap in Italy was born in 1980 in the footsteps of the American one, as something new was initially attempted to imitate it even by using English as it was necessary to make confidences with metrics and flow, so the first groups were born who then made the story of hip hop italics such as Radical Stuff composed by Kaos One, DJ Skizo, Soul Boy, Sean (Mc SouthAfrica) and DJ Gruff, Top Cat (Mc's of USA).

Dopo di chè si iniziano a formare subito altri importanti gruppi che anch'essi hanno iniziato la propria carriera con testi in inglese come Sangue Misto ( Deda, Neffa e DJ Gruff provenienti dalla Isola Posse All Stars crew di Bologna degli anni 80) e il cantante Bassi Maestro importantissimi nella scena Underground!!

Uno dei primi della scena Hip hop ad usare rime in italiano è stato Jovanotti nel 87 con l'album "Jovanotti for president"

Ovviamente le rime semplice e il flow banale furono negli anni sostituiti con tecniche sempre più funzionali e innovative portate da i pionieri quali Articolo 31, Bassi Maestro , Kaos One , Flaminio Maphia, Colle der Fomento, Piotta , Sangue Misto , Lou X.

Si scoprono artisti come Joe cassano musicalmente cresciuto tra New York e vari gruppi italiani fra cui Porzione Massiccia Crew di Bologna , pubblica Dio Lodato nell 1999 dopo la sua morte avvenuta per arresto cardiaco , rimasto un pilastro dell'hip hop per tracce come Dio Lodato , Gli occhi della strada e Nocche dure.

Dal 2010 Fabri Fibra si crea la figura di rapper mainstream . Fanno il loro debutto nel rap come Fedez, Emis Killa, Clementino, Gemitaiz, MadMan, Vacca, Rocco Hunt e Moreno. Nello stesso tempo nascono artisti con lo "stampo" Underground che comunque grazie all'autoproduzione , e alla creazione di label indipendenti riescono ad ottenere il successo dovuto come Salmo e Nitro.
