This is dope. I'm saving the video to check it out later. I'm a hip hop head. We know and love the science of rhythm.
The rhythm video is my favorite one and rhythm is the first music we are exposed to in our mother's womb when we feel and then hear her heart beat.
It is believed that rhythm was the first music people played but music is so ancient that it precedes the written word so there is no way to document that.
If you make music you should watch them all for sure.
Definitely will watch it in it's entirety.

Research demonstrates that adding music therapy to treatment improves symptoms and social functioning among schizophrenics. Further, music therapy has demonstrated efficacy as an independent treatment for reducing depression, anxiety and chronic pain. "
Music can affect the physical world in a tangible way so it's no surprise it can treat illnesses. When my bass player was diagnosed with brain cancer he was treated in a variety of ways including conventional treatment and vibrational frequencies.
Only two treatments immediately put his cancer in remission. Diet and vibration therapy.
Every thing has a frequency including healthy human cells and if you broadcast frequencies tuned to healthy cells your body will start to resonate in the same frequencies through a process called entrainment.
A basic definition of entrainment is the tendency for two oscillating bodies to lock into phase so that they vibrate in harmony.
It was discovered by a scientist named Christian Huygens who discovered that when two pendulum clocks were set to swing at different rates they would eventually fall into rhythm with one another and swing at exactly the same rates. This concept was later observed to be a basic law of physics.

It will take a while for you to watch these but you'll be glad you did. I watch them more than once but that's because I play music so it helps to burn it into my brain.
