RE: Allemande composed by Jorn Boysen (Original composition)
Wonderful. I'll be honest, I'd have been fooled if you'd told me it was by François Couperin or Rameau. Even the notation looks like JS Bach's. Has Jorn recorded the rest of the suite? Fabulous playing and rich recording, too. Bravo!
Thanks, the rest of the suite has been recorded by just not with video! Jorn had also composed quite a number of orchestral and ensemble works as well. All are in the Baroque style. Hopefully we will post more of them in the future.
If you are interested, we have collected a number of things that we have already posted in steemit at this post. https://steemit.com/classical-music/@musicapoetica/our-first-collation-of-performances-and-writings
If you are interested in Classical music, keep in touch via the Classical radio account above!
I did the obvious thing and entered 'Jörn Boysen' into YouTube so have found some things on there to be going on with but will look out for anything else you post here. Thanks for that link collating some of your earlier posts - I'll work through them.
I'll be posting soon myself on a wide variety of music, but especially classical, so we may speak again - I already introduced myself on the Discord. Great to see such high quality music content being uploaded to Steemit - gives me encouragement that I don't need to dumb down, though I'll be trying to be as accessible as possible.
Ha ha! Yes, google is always the first thing! Anyway, looking forward to your posts, and let's try to keep the quality high!
