About Killswitch Engage's song. "Always"

I adore the music of this American metalcore band and have been listening to it for quite some time. And each album they always go with a number of hits. However, they always had serious problems with video clips. Every time I hear the news about the release of a new official video, expect that there will be some jamb. But not in this case.

"Always" is a wonderful song, no matter how hard you try to find fault with it and from which angle did not look at it. Excellent meaningful text about pain that a person experiences at the time of loss. Not many like it when they touch on such topics, but I will say that not every musician can write a really good composition about this.

A song with excellent melodic riffs and unobtrusive rhythm section. This approach has made her receptive, and even without being strong in English, one can understand in general terms what it is being sung about.

The composition "Always" was included in the sixth studiotape of the band, called "Disarm The Descent" (2013 year). The album is noteworthy for the dramatic change in the style of the Killswitch Engage game, which has benefited them.

This is directly related to the return of the original vocalist Jesse Leach. The musicians perfectly rebuilt, and the sound became that canonical one, by which we recognized the band. Not without innovations, of course.

In 2002, Jess prioritized, looked to the future and realized that concert activity could badly harm his created family. In his place came Howard Jones, who no worse than coped with the duties of the vocalist. What can I say, if exactly with Jones Killswitch Engage were at the peak of popularity. But now it's not about that.

If Jones sang mostly about personal experiences and paid particular attention to relationships in texts, that is, his love afflictions, then Jess often focused on more large-scale problems, including society.

In my opinion, "Always" is one of those tracks in the discography of the band, which is perfectly implemented on the part of music, lyrics and excellent vocals.
