Bob Dylan A Nobel Laureate
Bob Dylan was awarded a Nobel prize for literature yesterday evening. At the time he was performing in Las Vegas. During his concert, he didn't mention the award at all. In fact, he didn't speak to the public. He never does.
The only sign that something was a bit different was his last song of the evening - Blowing In The Wind - which was a step off of his current repertoire.
A Nobel For Bob?
I won't comment because I don't have a very positive opinion of a Nobel Prize as a project.
I admire Bob as one the best contemporary poets and this prize won't change a thing :)

croatia-hrvatska baš za nas s ovih prostora, a koji govorimo dovoljno sličnim jezikom da se bez problema možemo razumijeti. Dodouše, u grupama nema još nikog osim mene (bar mislim), jer nisam ih još stigla promovirat. No, u svakom slučaju, ako si zainteresiran - dobrodošao si u bilo koju, a koja ti više paše ili obje! :)
Svakako i nema problema za obje.
Ali ti ne garantiram da ču biti baš aktivan :)

I confess I was flabbergasted to hear this, despite being a Bob fan. I featured Bob Dylan last week in my Music Legends post. There is a link to a very well written 'biography' by a gentleman named Stephen Erwin, really worth a read...Bob Dylan if you wish to read and listen to a few tracks.
