Pixies - Hey

The Pixies have a unique, quirky sound, their male vocalist sometimes singing even higher than the female backing vocalist. This song is my favorite by them. It has a cool, relaxing groove. Enjoy!

Audioslave - Like a Stone

Don't know who Audioslave is? Take the vocalist from Soundgarden, then add the band members from Rage Against the Machine. If that seems like a weird combination to you, then you obviously haven't given them a listen yet!

Cake - Frank Sinatra

This is another one of those bands with a sound too unique to compare. Their songs are sort of strange sometimes, but they are usually still very good.

Dead Kennedys California Uber Alles

This punk rock band never failed to spit the truth. I'm sure you Steemians will appreciate this one given that Killary Clinton is currently running for president!

The Doors - Peace Frog

Gotta get back to the classics. This band will always be one of my favorites, and this song will always put me in a good mood.

Typical cats - Any day

Here is a rap groove for your earballs. These guys are pretty cool if you've never heard of them.

Kings Of Leon - Notion

You've most likely heard the song "Use Somebody" by these guys, but have you heard their other songs?

Slayer - Spirit in Black

Here is some food for you metal heads. Slayer is one of the most iconic metal bands of all time. Sadly, they are now missing two of their best members (all four of them were the best). Dave, the drummer, was irreplaceable, but Gary Holt, their newest guitarist (and from Exodus) is living up to Jeff Hanneman's legacy. Most die hard Slayer fans would agree with this.

Legião Urbana - Tempo Perdido

This is one of the most beautiful songs I have ever heard, but it isn't even in English! Luckily, I could find a video with English subtitles.

Don McLean - American Pie

I have to end this list the right way. Such a great song.
