Five Star Entertainment Group is Revolutionizing and Paving the Way for Artists and Entertainers to a Decentralized System
With so many project and ideas growing on the Steem platform, there is one I am really interested to see grow. Most of us enjoy music and we all like different genres. Five Star Entertainment Group is a record label on Steem and is changing the way artists operate and to be decentralized.
We see artists and entertainers utilize social media platforms to connect with their fans and promote themselves and their content. By using the Steem platform, @FiveStarGroup has been taking things to the next level.
Currently, @FiveStarGroup artists are in the hip-hop genre and may not be your genre. They are however revolutionizing the music industry. This is something that can help and change any genre of music.
A Way to Distribute Music
By using platforms like @DSound and @DTube, the artists on Five Star Entertainment are able to decentrally distribute their music over the Steem blockchain.
This means their music is censorship resistant and at the same time, can generate revenue from the reward system on Steem. When using platforms such as SoundCloud, there is no revenue generated for the artists and only exposure. With Steem, there is both.
Connecting With Fans
Almost every artists and entertainer is on social media platforms to connect with their fans. You'll see them interact with their fans on Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and others.

Interesting post! So how do we go about using the Fivestarentertainment services here on Steemit? or is it based on what you guys choose to have on your artist roster? Other than that, i think it is a great idea to start a music label here on steemit that promotes all the artist/musicians :) I want to get more of my friends onboard to steemit as well so that there will be a bigger community all in all! :)
Five Star Entertainment is a record label. So yes, it is what the artists that are on board decide on what content is published. Still building the foundation but I'm sure there will be various artists in different genres in the future.
