Some idea on Music Challenges to help newbies

I usually post on Friday music that I like. But today I will do something different.
Today @guiltyparties contacted me with a topic that is so hot on Steem. He knows that from time to time I greet newcomers and I try to help them somehow, but like on most contact gets lost.
There are also people who make music under the new accounts. @guiltyparties has introduced me to such an account, @samuelescher, who makes music. As with many, it is a problem that they are not seen. I told him I was thinking about an idea on how to help these artists.
What I'm going to do is present an account here every Friday that produces music and ask you to vote and follow him. I will also boost a post afterwards with 5 SBD. There will surely some people that grumble why I not give the whole payout from the post to the one that is to be supported. I can say that I do at least something and support the artist anyway more than the ones who complain. I sacrifice my time to promote someone and also donate something.
Today I will recommend @samuelescher and also boost him.
I would like to ask the music lovers on Steem, such as @uwelang, @andyjaypowell, @flipstar, @morkrock, @edje or @qsounds, either in a commentary or on discord, steem.chat to tell them which music challenges exist and which other projects support musicians. So we could with a discovery of a new account that produces music to help directly to join a community where he is helped. What do you think about the idea?

normalerweise Poste ich am Freitag Musik die ich mag. Heute aber werde ich etwas anderes machen.
Heute hat mich @guiltyparties kontaktiert mit einem Thema das so heiß auf Steem ist. Es ist im bewusst das ich ab und zu Neulinge grüße und einige versuche irgendwie zu helfen.
Es gibt unter den neuen Konten auch Leute die Künstler die Musik machen. @guiltyparties hat mir ein solches Konto vorgestellt, den von @samuelescher der auch Musik macht. Wie bei vielen ist es ein Problem das die nicht gesehen werden. Ich habe ihm gesagt das ich darüber nachdenke wie man diese Künstler helfen konnte.
Was ich machen werde ist es, jeden Freitag ein Konto hier vorstellen das Musik produziert und euch bieten den zu voten. Ich werde auch ein Post danach mit 5 SBD boosten. Es wird sicher der eine oder der andere meckern warum ich das ganze was aus dem Beitrag kommt nicht dem über welche die Rede ist gebe. Dazu kann ich sagen das ich etwas mache und den Künstler sowieso mehr unterstütze als der der meckert. Ich opfere meine Zeit um für jemand Werbung zu machen und spende dazu auch etwas.

Ich möchte die Musik Liebhaber auf Steem, wie zum Beispiel @uwelang, @andyjaypowell, @flipstar, @morkrock, @edje oder @qsounds bieten mir entweder in einem Kommentar oder auf Discord, steem.chat zu sagen welche Musik Challenges es gibt und welche andere Projekte die Musiker unterstützt. So konnte man bei einer Entdeckung eines neues Konto der Musik produziert, diesen helfen direkt in einer Community anzukommen wo er auch geholfen wird. Was haltet ihr von der Idee?
