While drying the stomak-poisonous Ibotensäure tranformes to the psychoactive Muscimol. For drying a dehydrater is the best for in the oven they can easiely get burned and than they are not as effective and also they dont taste good then. You can also make sirup and wine with it and drink that but I have never tried that. Thank you for your comment <3

We have been taught since childhood that the fly agarics are poisonous, I teach them children. And I will not risk to cook them never.

Never cook any wild picked food if you not feel comfortable with it, otherwise you might just get a poisoning reaction because of your fear. The poison that is in the raw mushroom is water soluble. Still you need to cook it more than once and always change the water to make it edible without any effects. So other mushrooms need less preparations to eat them.

My sister already had mushroom poisoning. But they were edible, its possible that the mushrooms in the soup were old or reheated or something. And this happened on a wedding. She had to spent few days in hospital.

That sounds very bad. I hope she had a good recover. Yes poisoning can happen if the mushrooms are to old, also I read that there are people that have problems with some edible mushrooms.
