Visit of the Dwarf Car Museum Post #7
1964 Impala Convertible SS
This dwarf car is in the build process. This miniature version of a 1964 Impala is not built by Ernie Adams. It is being built by his friend Gene Tweedy. The great thing about this museum is that it is still a shop with more cars being built. You can go into the shop and look at the projects in work to see how it is done. Ernie and Gene will be glad to show you around. They can't do much work during the day as there will be plenty of visitors to cater to. To get any real work done, they wait until the evening when everyone has already left.
The Museum in Maricopa Arizona is free of charge. There is only a donation box. Ernie Adams (the builder-owner) also has a website https://www.dwarfcarpromotions.com/
This is a picture of the Impala hanging in the shop. Pictures are literally what Ernie and Gene have to go on to build a car. They take measurements form the picture to build their creations to a miniature scale. Completely amazing.
