Sounds very interesting to see how it would play out. I think you have a solid game plan. It will be a good thing to see how it could bring more people and popularity.
Maybe. It's risky for another reason -- steemit is still promoting itself as a beta project. It's in the logo. I also happen to find the rewards system confusing...not even sure I'm doing it right!
There's something to be said for slow growth. If the platform is viable, success will come - celebrities or no.
