🎬"Castle" - a qualitative detective saga with elements of humor
The first season of TV series "Castle" was released in 2009. Castle has 8 seasons and it is completed.
Initially, I did not intend to watch Castle; I do not really like serials with a new storyline for each episode, however, the love for Firefly and great actor Nathan Fillion has done their job.

So, Richard Castle is a famous writer. He is in a creative crisis after the murder of his protagonist. He has an amazing sense of humor and gets on well with the ladies.
Castle has a lovely family. His mother Martha Rodgers (Susan Sullivan) - former Broadway star. She is very eccentric.
He's daughter - Alexis Castle (Hayley Shipton). She behaves properly and loves to learn.

He and his daughter are friends. They often entertain us with their eccentricities.
Castle meets detective Kate Beckett. She is smart and attractive. Finally Castle finds a new muse. He begins to work with Beckett and write a novel about her adventures.
What distinguishes the series "Castle" from other detective TV shows?
- There's no standard scheme of a detective-assistant "male-male" (Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, Poirot and Hastings) or a "man-woman" (Elementary). In Castle, a woman acts as a detective, and her assistant is a man.
- An excellent family line that well reveals the hero.
Almost every episode raises teenage problems: first love, friendship, growing up and fear of ending the "special relationship" between dad and daughter. - Excellent humor.
- It's hard to figure out the murderer.
In general, I recommend Castle to those who have not watched it and like detectives. The TV show is not a masterpiece, however, it perfectly suits to relax in the evening after work.
