Game of Thrones Session 7 - Episode 6: Death Is the Enemy

Hello Stemian all! I'm sure you've all watched the Game of Thrones Season 7 movie from episode 1-5. The film adopted from A Song of Ice and Fire bestselling novel on Monday at HBO. Initially I planned to write a review of each episode. However, for one reason or another, I only had time to write reviews for episodes 1-2. As for episode 3-5, I no longer write reviews. I believe each of us has been listening to the story in every episode of the best-selling epic movie.

This time, I will write a review for episode 6 which will air on Monday (21/08/2017). You must be wondering why I dare to write a review while the movie is not yet aired. Relax, you do not need to panic. This review I wrote after watching the 6th episode of Game of Thrones Season 7. I was lucky to get a leak from a facebook user account. I watched it through, and I was very satisfied with every scene detail. This is what I will share with all readers. I hope that despite reading this review, it will not make you unenthusiastic anymore to watch the 6th episode that airs on the day after tomorrow.

Oh yes, for you fans of the Cersei Lannister character I hope not be discouraged. Because, on the 6th episode of this queen in King's Landing it did not appear, as did her incest couple, Jamie Lannister. While Arya Stark and Sansa Stark are among the most commonly featured characters besides Daenerys Targaryen or Jon Snow of course.

There are a number of scenes in this 6th episode that do not make our hearts beat, that is the scene of Sansa Stark arguing with Littlefinger; Sansa Stark with Arya Stark; Or Sansa Stark with Brienna. However, a dialogue between Tryion Lannister and Daenerys when going to fly with Drogo can slightly riffle our feelings. The rest is not too interesting.

For me there are some scenes that really make our heart beat in this 6th episode. That is the scene that is the most eagerly awaited lovers of colossal film Game of Thrones. Here it is:

War with White Walkers
Gendry, the illegitimate son of King Robert Baratheon joined with Jon Snow and his friends out of The Wall. He's a blacksmith who does not fight beaches. They plan to take home one of the White Walkers to convince Carsei Lannister to agree to a ceasefire. Before episode 6 was released a lot of speculation that happened, for example there are film commentators predict Gendri will die on episode 6. In fact, Gendri managed to return safely to The Wall, and then sent word to Daenerys Targaryen.

The Wall, a dividing wall built for. This great wall itself was built after the war known as War for the Dawn, a great war involving many kingdoms of the Westeros fantasy continent. In that war, humans were able to defeat White Walkers troops, and drove them back to their home places in the frozen northern region. For the purpose of the return of the corpse that was White Walkers of the Night' King, The Wall was also built troops that guard it known as Night's Watch.

Jon Snow and friends pierce the thick fog and snow outside The Wall. Their existence outside The Wall by White Walkers forces. It begins when Jon Snow and his friends are attacked by a bear that has become a Wights, a dead animal and revived by Night's King as his army. The war with the Wights was inevitable. Jon Snow's group was able to defeat the dead animals.

Several White Walker troops patrolling found the remains of the fire that Jon Snow and his companions had burned. The walking troop was not far from the group of Jon Snow, who had lurked the location of the White Walkers. Then, the White Walkers troops were ambushed and the war was dreamed. In this scene we find some important events. For example, we can see how Lightbringer, Azos Ahai's fire-sword is so powerful at destroying the White Walkers, or Jon Snow's Longclaw's swordfor deceiving the commander of the White Walkers and crumbling into shards of ice. The forged sword of Valyrian steel is known to be powerful for killing White Walkers. It was seen when Jon Snow killed the team leader, then the other members also crashed and died instantly. However, there was one survivor, who was later arrested. He screamed loudly like calling the troops ago. His head was then covered with a cloth.

The real war took place not long after that. Great White Walkers troops surrounded Jon Snow and his friends. They are surrounded from every direction, then run on frozen ice for shelter. Before they reached a slightly higher place, they were involved in a duel with the White Walkers. Jon Snow survived the siege after the ice melted and many of the White Walkers drowned in pursuit of Jon Snow's group. White Walkers who realize the danger in front of them choose not to catch up again. However, they are in a position to besiege the group of Jon Snow who is stuck on a slightly higher ice chunk.

Sandor "the Hound" Clegane fun throws in the direction of the White Walkers forces which then sparks a second round of war. At first the throw was about the face of a corpse. However, the second throw is not perfect the first throw does not even reach the target range. The thrown stone fell right in front of the White Walkers. Realizing that the ice was frozen again, they began to advance toward the group of Jon Snow, and there was war. In terms of numbers, Jon Snow's group will obviously lose the war between life and death. Jon Snow and his friends in a pinched position, and almost lost.

When they were about to perish, came Daenerys Targaryen who drove Drogon and two other dragons: Viserion and Rhaegal. The Mother of Dragon's dragons poured fire on the White Walkers and set them on fire. White Walkers are immune to weapons except fire. One by one member of the group Jon Snow was asked to rise above the dragon. Unlucky for Jon Snow, as he grabs Daenerys's hand that will pull him over the dragon, several members of the White Walkers forward toward him. Jon Snow was involved in a fierce duel with them.

Killed Viserion
Unexpected events occur in this 6th episode. The Viserion dragon was killed in the war with the White Walkers. Night's King, leader of the known White Walkers has the ability to awaken dead people and animals and turn them into a living corpse called Wights, successfully killing the Viserion dragon. Night's King is not like his troops, he is immune to anything including fire.

When the Viserion was about to attack the White Walkers, Night's King took his weapon in the form of an ice spear, and threw it in the direction of the Viserion and about his body. The dragon bleeds and falls into the melted ice. She drowned. Daenarys and Jon Snow's friends on the dragon did not suspect that Night's King's spear could hit the Viserion. Realizing the situation, Daenerys asked Drogon to fly. Once again, Night's King throws his ice spear, but not to the point of the dragon ridden by the Mother of Dragon. They survived, except for Jon Snow. The King of the North was involved in a deadly duel with White Walkers and both of them drowned in water.

When the war died down, Jon Snow suddenly got out of the water in a weak state. He sought refuge and tried to get away from the White Walkers still there. At that moment, his uncle, Benjen, came riding and attacked the White Walkers with a flogging whip. He gives his horse to Jon Snow and takes him back to The Wall, where Daenerys waits with anxiety. While the White Walkers trooped around the stilted Viserion. Night's King who had the ability to turn dead people and animals, approached Viserion, a dragon with golden-colored scales and orange-red wings. He touched the Viserion, which was standing still. Suddenly, the dragon opened his eyes, and his eyes went blue, like the eyes of the White Walkers. The Viserion Dragon is now a Wights. []
