The Incredibles.

A movie for kids, but entertaining enough for adults.

This past weekend the family and I sat down to watch one of their all time favorites:

The Incredibles.

Apparently this movie came out about 14 years ago, but this was my first time seeing it.

If you are not familiar, it is an animated movie about a super hero family that must hide their abilities in a world that no longer appreciates their powers.

The dad tries to work "normal" jobs along the way but doesn't find much fulfillment in his life.

As you might imagine he soon secretly finds his way back into professional super hero work.

Which wouldn't be terrible except his wife didn't.

What starts out as innocent and good for him quickly turns into trouble with family and eventually leads to trouble staying alive.

It's a good flick if you have the time and one I would recommend watching with the family.

Kids between 3 and 13 should love love it, while the adults may find it entertaining as well. Those pesky teenagers might not enjoy it as much, though it's possibly it catches their attention as well.

It really truly is one that can be enjoyed by the whole family.

Overall, I rate it 8 out of 10.
