I fear this day, I think about it more often than most I would assume. It's a natural progression for self-driving cars. Hopefully they will keep the autonomy to the freeways for many years to come.
Cross your fingers for at least not in our lifetime
I think for that system to work it would have to be 100% autonomous self drivers. Human error and whatnot. But I'll still cling to my guns and dinosaur burning internal combustion engines. By God.
