Noa Jansma — Amsterdam-based student — has documented the actions of catcallers and put them on display for the whole world to see. She has opened the @dearcatcallers Instagram page for creating a global dialogue on the issue. Jansma is from Netherlands, where catcalling will be punishable by law from January 1st, 2018.
