What is preparations?
The state of having been made ready beforehand; readiness. often preparations is An action done to prepare for something, especially for an event or undertaking.
Preparation can not be omitted if you must achieve success in life and destiny, have you ever seen a student going for an examinations without an adequate preparations for the examination? the result will definitely be failure.
Likewise a farmer that will not prepare for the planting season will also end up in failure.
In summary you cant afford to embark on any task without anticipating the possible challenges and possible solutions.
A good example of preparation can be seen in footballers, they tends to train everyday to keep fit and to conquer their opponent.
We’ve all worked on something that required dedication and perseverance. Maybe it was achieving an important educational or professional objective, accomplishing a major athletic goal or conquering a bad habit. How did we do it? Did it just happen? More than likely the achievement required planning, discipline and persistence. Long before the achievement itself, we had to do what what was needed to get ready, be ready and stay ready. We prepared ourselves for success.
What is success
Attainment of higher social status, Achievement of a goal, for example academic achievements.
so success can simply mean the result of your proper preparations.
preparations begat success:
Joshua 1:8 “This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.”
This verse of the bible has made it clear that for every success there is a corresponding amount of preparation required.
so a farmer that doesn't plant should not expect harvest, a footballer that doesn't train should not expect victory, a student that doesnt read should not expect success because the place of preparations has been neglected and replaced for frivolous things.
