# Sunday Word of Comfort: Hope Is Not Lost, Delay is Not Denial.

Happy sunday to all steemians, I bring you this week's Sunday Word of comfort titled Hope is not lost .
By the grace of God it is going to be a series publications to be published every Sundays.
Each of the episodes will be targeted to be motivational and inspirational, the series is meant give hope to the hopeless, strength to the weak and comfort to the broken hearted .
I Therefore beseech every steemians to stay connected to Sunday word of comfort.

Hope Is Not Lost,Delay Is Not Denial

We shall be considering the book of job 14:7-9 for this sunday word of comfort and it says

7For there is hope for a tree,
When it is cut down, that it will sprout again,
And its shoots will not fail.
8“Though its roots grow old in the ground
And its stump dies in the dry soil,

9At the scent of water it will flourish
And put forth sprigs like a plant.

Verse 7 says for there is hope for a tree when it is cut down, that it will sprout again.
I hope we all know that the stem of a tree is not the source of life for the tree?
the roots and shoot of the tree are the life of the tree because with out them the tree can not possibly take up water and other nutrients it needed for growth and development.
The above explanations is just to draw our mind to the fact that life itself is the most important thing, only a man that is alive can think of his failures, a dead man has no thought whatsoever he is totally dead. So your diapointments are not the end of you, your failures are not the end of you, your mistakes are not the end of you, even your delays can not dictate your life.
why?
Because you will sprout again,
for though a righeous man fall seven times he will rise again proverbs 24:16

14“If a man dies, will he live again?
All the days of my struggle I will wait
Until my change comes.

So don't quit wait on till your change finally arive, dont loose hope in yourself if Thomas Edison failed 10,000 time but still arrive at the expected result because he didn't quit, then why should you quit?
For the end of a thing is better than the beginning there of and patience is better than pride. Ecl 7:8
Remember that your being alive is a sign that God is not through with you. So wake up, work, be patient and don't get lazy.
