Just try appreciating...
We sometimes underestimate the value of appreciation. There are always two sides to every situation, the side in which the situation is favorable and the side where the situation is distasteful. In every moment we are sifting through our mind thinking, reliving, making, or projecting thoughts, which ultimately culminates our experience. Also every thought has 2 sides, the side where we think about pleasing things and the side where we ponder on the negatives. These two sides are in a balance which moves in the direction of our dominant thoughts. If our dominant thought is about the pleasures of life, the abundance, the satisfaction, we are bound to feel good and have joyful experience. If our dominant thought is about what's wrong with life, we are bound to experience all the negatives.
The Power of Appreciation
Definitely you would always want to remain in that good feeling place, but the contrast in the world is always challenging your balance and sometimes you tend towards the negative. An easy fix for when this happens is appreciation. It might sound cliché but it doesn't dispute the fact that you can't be happy about something and feel bad at the same time. This is so true that even most religions preach about the importance of Gratitude. The key is to always look for the bright side, it's always there, remember that there are always 2 sides to every situation. Appreciation helps you focus on the good side, when you're having a bad day even the smallest gesture of appreciation helps, like focusing on the gentle breeze, the warmth from the sun, the base line of your favorite song
So try appreciating today. Worry never accomplishes anything, it only clouds your judgement with fear
turning small resistance to inevitable constraints
If you lose your job appreciate the fact that you still have your car. You don't have to complain or focus on the fact that you might not be able to pay for it anymore
If your car breaks down appreciate the fact that you still have a home, filled with people you love.
If you lose a loved one appreciate the fact that they are in a better place
If your life is threatened appreciate the fact that you're still breathing.
Life is easy, don't let nobody tell you otherwise
For in appreciation there is love, and in love everything you ever wanted.

The power of appreciation. Weldone bro
If a person takes the time to express their heart-felt appreciation for something we have done, it boosts our spirit, passion, and purpose. It builds our self-confidence, self-esteem and our entire self-image. It gives us energy and motivation to work harder and do more.
Yeah right
Yes, and it works as well doing that for yourself. Even better because people will not always appreciate what you have to offer. But you can always appreciate yourself and get that motivation you need.
