Your worldview Works Into Every Decision You Make

in #motivation3 years ago

Your worldview works its way into every decision you make, and how you make decisions is a direct result of how you think. There's more to it than "I feel" and "I think." It's all about what you interpretation of the world tells you, what you expect it to be, and who you are bound by. When you accept this premise - that the way the world works is determined by your worldview - you can begin to see the influence that it has on every aspect of your life.

You may already know this, but most people work on what they believe to be right, while what they perceive as wrong is a way of reacting to what they think isn't working right. Decisions affect how people act and how they perceive the world, so it follows that if what you believe isn't working, then your decisions will too. That's not even taking into account how other people could react to what you do, so whether you're doing good or bad, your actions have an effect on the people around you.

Your beliefs about yourself, your life, and the world around you are the very foundation of how you decide every single decision you make. Whether you believe in fate or luck, free will or determinism, it's all based on your mental model of the world. Those models determine everything from how you see yourself, to how other people see you, to how much they value you and your role in their lives.

The truth is that your decisions affect other people, and not just your immediate ones. For example, if you work on projects that you don't like or are unsure about, you'll create stress in the people around you. This creates stress for them, which causes problems in the project itself. If you make a decision that you later find to be the wrong one, the same thing happens.

Thus, making important, constructive decisions is not as simple as flipping a switch. It takes time, energy, and sometimes a good bit of effort. All of these things impact the people around you and how those decisions will play out.

When you're confronted with a decision affecting many people, it's tempting to make it easier on yourself. Instead of thinking about all the factors that might affect the decision, take some time to ask other people what they think. The worst decision you can make is to ignore the impact the decision will have on others. You have to recognize that people have their own ideas of fairness and reciprocity, and you need to respect their perspectives. After all, they have been affected by the decisions you've made before.

After you've thought about the decisions you can make, you have to then look at the people you're making them for. How do they see the decisions you've proposed? What are their reactions? This is a great way to check your assumptions and question your own. People are seldom silent when they disagree or are annoyed, and you'll have an opportunity to find out their reactions before making your own.

Finally, consider how your worldview works into every aspect of your life. Is your level of commitments consistent with your values and goals? If it isn't, you'll have to either change those values and goals, or work to improve them. If, however, your level of commitments is aligned with your purpose, you'll be able to use your actions to create the lives and careers you want.

Your worldview works into every decision you make, whether it's about personal matters or about business. This is why it's so important to ask yourself these questions. Do you have a deep belief in what you're doing? If you don't, then it won't matter if your actions are misaligned with your values or goals.

Your worldview works into every decision you make, whether it's about personal matters or about business. If you don't believe in what you're doing, it won't matter if your actions are misaligned with your values and goals. But if you do believe in what you're doing, your actions will have a far greater impact on your life, no matter how they happen.

Your worldview works into every decision you make, regardless of whether it's about personal matters or about business. You see, your actions will always hurl into the direction of your values and goals. But if you choose to act in alignment with your values, your life will be filled with ever-increasing happiness and satisfaction. And if you choose to act in alignment with your goals, your life will be filled with ever-increasing success and satisfaction. This is how your worldview works into every decision you make.
