Sometime loving oneself is not hard but when you understand who and what you really is then it has nothing to do with the shape of yourself no matter how you do it, the believes of yourself, the size of your eyes, the length of your hair or the quality of your clothes It is so beyond all of those things and it is what gives life to everything about you to the society. your own self is such a treasure that need to be protected by you not by anybody.

The true happiness arises when you start believing in yourself but in the first place, from the enjoyment you derived from yourself in related issues and in the next, from the friendship experience you have and conversation of a few select companions among your peers give you the ability to move forward in order to achieve your daily needs and desires.

At times self-love has very little to do with how you feel about your position, about your environment and your outer self. It is about accepting all of yourself no matter how the difficulties you are going through for now, when you know that you have it takes to make life better for yourself or for your family, why can't you going through those process and have the believes in your self motivational ideas, you have every reason to move forward.

Sometimes i wish that I could go into a time right now and going through some process that happen to at the past and just look at my self in a way to that makes life easier and say to myself Calm down, things are going to be fine within a short period of time, things are going be all great without any negative thought Just relax.

Ones should have the believes that the greatest self is a peaceful smile always without any negative emotion, let always see ourselves that we are the leader of tommorow, let the world see us and continue to smiling back.

Finally, let us all remember that every individual has many endowments like self confidence, conscience, independent will and creative imagination to see the future and smile at it, these gaves us the perfect human freedom and the power to choose, to respond, to change life positively.
