Greatness is NOT easy
Every single time we humans fail it is a just chance to learn, to improve and to try again. Nobody wants to put in the effort for greatness, but everyone wants to be great. Everyone thinks they are going to achieve greatness without any work to get there, but that's not how greatness works. You have to show up everyday with dedication and heart.
Greatness is not easy! So take risks, because that is what will make you great. Be willing to fail! Seriously, FAIL, pick yourself up and FAIL again! This is the only way we as humans truly learn to grow.
You don't have to be fearless, just don't let fear stop you!
People seem to forget that life is all about failing. Survival of the fittest came from evolution. Evolution comes from making mistake after mistake, growing and adapting. Failure is how everything in this world learns to grow stronger. We as humans have become soft, we have forgot that failing is growing and if we are not growing we are dying. We are now teaching our kids that they deserve trophies just for showing up.... where is the greatness in that?
We have learned stick to the things that are comfortable to us, things that make us feel safe. But those same things are what shelter us from experiencing life, they shelter you from getting hurt which is what forces you to get stronger. Stop forcing yourself to never succeed with worries of failing. You will never reach your dreams without failure, and if you do your dreams are to small.

Be a part of something that is bigger than yourself. Strive to create something (or help to create something) that will live on, even when you're no longer around. Don't forget that you will also live in the memories of the lives you touch, so always be kind and helpful whenever you can.

I take a step to dare to be great . Often times fear is a limiting factor that hinders us from experiencing greatness or trying out new things. For instance, I used to be scared of elevators and escalators when I was in my country and today , they are my ice breakers. I can get to my destination faster without going through the long stress of taking the stairs. To achieve maximum results, we should be ready to take risks and then greatness becomes our middle name . Thanks for this post.
