To keep up my gym motivation!

I am addicted to the gym - trying to go there every day from Monday to Friday, 5 times a week. For me it is important to stay fit and keep my body going.

Not all of my gym session are good, it is normal that you will need motivation to keep it up, we are all motivated in a different way, I will in this post tell you about my motivation.

Almost one and a half year ago, I went to a nutricion shop to buy proteins, I did not really know why I bought it, and the guy at the shop asked into my gym routines, my eating habits and so on, and I could not answer half of the questions.

He introduced me to a dietician - that could explain and guide me to first of all eat correct and second how to work out. 

I said yes - and then we started - got measured my muscles and everything, and talked about how important it is to eat clean and healthy. 70% is eating and 30% is work out - and it is true, I spend more time on eating and preparing my meals than actual work out.

With my dietician guiding me in my diet and my work out has increased my motivation a lot - I am seeing him every two weeks and I need to keep it up, because I will have to face him and explain what has happened.

Great motivation for me.
