This is so true. A lot of people haven't discovered that steemit is also social media. The only difference is that it rewards you for posting among other things.

Interacting as well as building relationships are important for growth and success within and outside this platform.

I'll site an example, I happened to develop a rapport with someone on this platform, at the moment, she has nothing to offer me in terms of Upvoted because she is just a couple of weeks in. The interesting thing about our relationship is that she was able to offer solutions to issues I had been struggling with.

It's important that we value relationships.
