Forgiving implies, accept what we live understand from unconditional love, think to assume our responsibility, live the duel to heal the wounds and be willing to learn and mature to turn the page, without being victims so that we It causes suffering. TIPS TO FORGIVE AND HEAL THE SOUL

· It feeds your life and fill your heart with the love you feel towards your loved and with the memory of the positive and pleasant moments of your life. Use this love to forgive, do it from the very inside of your heart, not obligation or convenience.

Every day we can restart, the past we must leave it behind, there is only the present and the future has not arrived yet.

Errors and bad experiences teach us to face the present with more wisdom and compassion.

There are several exercises to forgive, let me share with you one very simple and effective.

Step # 3
