Hello friends, Today I would like to tell you short sammary  of book  Think and Grow Rich  writen by Nepolion Hill.

Nepolieon Hill was the journalist and writer,who had opportunity to interview industrialist and philanthropist Andrew Carnegic for a series of artical on successful and famous men.

In interviwe Carnegic introduce Hill to his secreate formula of success. Carnegic want to share this formula with everyone for that he offers Hill to do some research and write a book so everyone can understand it.After taking interviwes of five hundred successful people and  twenty years of research Hill wrote this book. 

Today I am gonna tell you about 1st chapter 

                                                    DESIRE

                                   THE STARTING POINT OF ALL ACHIEVEMENT

To reach our goal we need a strong desire it is strong feeling of wanting to have something.

For example:

When people saw expensive sport car.

Most of the people says wish I had that sport car.

where on other side people who has strong desire  says, this sport car I will have it.This kind of people turn his wish into a strong desire. Because man with strong desire always hit his target.

To better understand desire I like tell you one more story.

                       HENRY FORD'S POWER OF DESIRE.

Henry Ford was born on 30th july 1863 in a poor farmer family which is use to live in Greenfield,America.

From childhood Henry love to play with tools.His father willium Ford wanted him to be a good  farmer but Henry has not intrest in farming. He want to build a car which is affordable for everyone. He turn his dream in strong burning desire .

At the age of sixteen he left his house and went to Detroit city where he start working in steam engine repairing company.He love his job and in part time he keep experimenting on his dream car.

In 1896 he finally build a car, his never quit attitude worked but his desire is not come true yet.Henry build car succcessfully but fail to start a company.After failing to start company for two times he successfully star Ford Motor company in 1903. 

Henry always  says :

• Failure is only the opportunity to more inteligently begine again.
• One who fears the future, fear failure limits his activity.
• When everithing seems to be going against you, remember aeroplane take off against the wind not with it.

My intension of telling Henry Ford story is to introduce the power of desire to all of you. As we see Henry fails many time to build car but he keep working and experimenting on his car he never quit. He keep walking with his desire. 

Today we all know Henry Ford as a American Icon.This is the power of desire.

We all want to be successfully and rich  in our life and we can ......

Author share six practical methods to get our desire for riches

First:

Fix in your mind that exact amount of money you desire.Be definite as to the amount.

Fixing exact amount is important because, suppose we want to go for trip then we find a destination.Destination a  place we want to reach we can not start our journey without destination. 

Second:

Determine exactly what you intented to give in return for the money you desire.

How much time and our hard work we give return to desire money that we want.

Third:

Establish a definite date when you intended to possess the money you desire.

fix one date which remind you that you have to earn this money up this date.

Fourth:

Create a definite plane for carrying out your desire and begin ate once, whether you are ready or not to put this plan into action.

you have to make plan for get your desire dont waste your time in making perfect there is nothing like perfect plan.

Fifth:

Write out a clear statement of your desire that you want to earn desire amount of money,time limit for acquisition,plan for acquisition.

Sixth:

Read your written statement aloud, twice a daily.

Follow these all methods to get your desire do not waste a time.
