I'm afraid to write

Have you ever felt the sensation of being afraid to write? A sensation that invades you every time you hold a pen in your hand or put your fingers on the keyboard, a sensation that opposes your dazzling desire to give, to show, to share your ideas, your views, your way of seeing the things.

You have so many stories to tell, so many topics to unveil, so much talent to exploit but you still paralyzed. Something is blocking you; you may say “I’m not so determined to write in this subject”, or “all that I can write is anyway already written somewhere else” or you will tell yourself “I will surely regret what I'm going to write so the better is that I write nothing”.

Well, you start learning, deepen your knowledge so that you can be up to it, but then again, you give up quickly, you do not know what to do, the days go by and they look the same while you still motionless, you do not learn anything, you give nothing, you write nothing, but why does this happen to you? You are caught by the wave: there are so many movies and matches to see, new songs to listen to, statuses on Facebook to comment, tweets on twitter to read, videos on YouTube to watch and so with other social networks.

It's always easy to get distracted instead of learning something new, to make one's brain work something, to achieve something valorous, but the taste of distraction is no lasting or creativity will mark your mind forever, your works as they are will always be engraved in your memory indicating how special you are, a smart being able to learn, to understand to analyze, to philosophize, to change, to influence. That's it; wake up the monster that is in you, express yourself in front of the whole world because no one is better than you, your brain belongs only to you so remove the dust with some slaps, wash it with some distilled water and throw it towards the sky where no one will have control over you, where you will be free as the air, free to find your own way the one who will offer you peace with yourself. Write and write again because your keyboard belongs to you.
