Lol... of course thoughts are like a virus. They eats you alive if you not feed them in a way or another ;-)

Also, you must have your head in real life and see what is good and what not.

Having positive thinking is a good way to go forward in a good way.

Being active also, keeps us alive and make us better day by day.

But we also need to have good people around. We can't go alone on that path.
