Each individual is a a unique being, we might have the same background, we can never have the same story because we don't carry the same glory.

Even if we are subjected to the same situations, we still react differently, because the way we are wired differs. Comparing yourself to Mr A or B is a big mistake you can ever make, because you are already on the part of unhappiness.

Wishing to be someone else has already denied you to enjoy the joy of been you. Nothing in this world can be be better than for you to be original

motivation has to be from within, because if it is from without, the motivation can never be sustained for long. From motivation it would lead to sadness, from sadness, it would lead to anger, from anger, it would lead to self-doubt, from self-doubt to depression. This thing has a way of spreading.

Can I call this the systemic formation of depression? The reason why depression cases are not easy to handled is because it does not started as depression, it started with something simple as competition to better those around you, so each time you tried and failed, you are depressed.
Even if you successfully become better than those around you , immediately you see another person that is better than you probably from another place, the problem emanate

Until the approach is changed, no amount of medication can cure depression, it can only be suppressed for a while, since what powers it is still active, it will spring up again.

I know you won't want to go that way, the way of depression, then stop looking out there for motivation, the true motivation is the one within you, the desire to be better than who you were yesterday.
