Actually if we need to win some games, must need our intelligence. In fact you win one of match. But if you need to win championship, teamwork must important. Look at FIFA 2018. Cannot bring football alone to target place without other players. With combination of working they got goals.But look....Every single players succeed only through single games like as chess. With Talent, intelligence and team work combination can win every games.
Very well said, we can take an example from a knife,it takes the teamwork of the handle edge and the weight on top of the edge to cut through something. Only the handle can’t cut anything, just the edge will cut your hand and the edge cannot cut with the weight on top. They all play their part even if they are not equal made. I think that sometimes it can depend on the circumstances, some things must be done individually, but in most cases we have to work as a team, so I agree with the phrase. Teamwork with a good leader can achieve success and the greater the challenges, the better the team we must train.
What a awesome quote. It's true if you carefully think. Working with together every workers of companies, then those company's profits go higher. Family life also the same. Talent have very single man. But mixing team work and intelligence to talent, exactly jump high level and win every games indeed our life. SO try to engage with team and then work together. Every ideas valuable for develop every fields. Championship wanna not only sport. It's valid whole life.
100 percent true.a single person cannot get success if it's family as a team doesn't support him.similarly teams win not a single person.
Teamwork adds dividends when they work in function of a common good. The result is not simply the sum of the parts, there is a constant interaction of all the parts that form a complex system that in turn is formed by elements that interact with each other. The talent is usually considered a very related to genetics and collective intelligence or teamwork is very much improved with proper training and team management.

Certainly ... working as a team, but "a good team", takes you to the top of success. If, on the other hand, your team does not share the same interests, then it's time to fly high alone. Regards!
Michael Jordan is one of those people who, when they speak every ear must listen. No matter if you agree or not, because people like them have earned their place on the position they speak from.
I myself am not a good team player but I too recognize the importance of this quote. Although the words might be different but more than one teacher of mine has tried to teach me the same. Even when I struggle as a member of a team, I persevere because I know the the result is going to be worth it.
This could also point towards a long term strategy for success in all fields of life because being part of the team also sharpens your own skills. And even though not everybody is born intelligent but I do believe that everybody has a particular thing that they are good at. Combine it with teamwork and sky could be the limit.
