The Buzz was in the air many months before the big day and then finally it arrived... awwwwww... they are so cute as a couple. I particularly loved how she brought a new "diversity" Britain has experienced as a nation, and now into the Royal Family.

Have you ever wondered if you had what it took to be part of "Royalty"? All the protocols, duties, restrictions and of course luxurious perks that comes with it. As for me, I'm not sure I would want that all. What about you?

You know being a Good Leader (at the workplace or even at home) has a linkage to this concept of "Royalty" as well. Why do I say that? It's because when I break down the concept of "Royalty"... it boils down to two key words - RIGHTS and RESPONSIBILITIES.

• The King or Queen has RIGHTS of the Land and People. And the King or Queen has RESPONSIBILITIES to govern and execute what is needful and beneficial for the People of the Land. (as the King or Queen sees fit)

• If you are the Leader has RIGHTS over Resources and Staff / Team members. And the Leader has RESPONSIBILITIES to govern and execute what is needful and beneficial for the Stakeholders, People and Culture of the company. (as the Leader sees fit).

• Similarly if you are a Parent / Guardian at home, you have the RIGHTS over the welfare, growth and well being of your Children. And as a Parent / Guardian at home, you have the RESPONSIBILITIES to govern and execute what is needful and beneficial to each Family Member according to their individual needs and wants (as a Parent / Guardian sees fit).

The Challenge often occurs, when each persons mentioned above -- DO NOT TAKE THEIR Rights & Responsibilities (R&R) -- too seriously. And when they do not do what they were supposed to do, things get into an "Out-of-hand" situation. They may even get distracted and start doing OTHER THINGS that were NOT part of their Original R&R.

• Heads of State have been found squandering BILLIONS of Dollars and putting it into their Personal Bank Accounts.

• Heads of Companies have been found manipulating decisions and using inside information to make a HUGE side profit.

• Heads of Homes have been found unfaithful with their promises to one another and chose new paths of self-pleasure.

It's time to take back Our "State of Royalty"

It's true that you may not have been privileged to be part of a Royal Family.
It's true you may not be running a Multi-Million Dollar enterprise.
But the truth is, you can execute your "Royalty" as a Citizen of your Nation.
You can also showcase your "Royalty" as a Parent or Guardian of your own Family / Home.

What changes can you make to expound your control over your RIGHTS and RESPONSIBILITIES, and by taking the ACTIONS that will position you as an Influencer and Impactor of your Neighbourhood or even Community.

As a Christian, I'm now beginning to understand what it means to be a part of His Royal Priesthood. To me it's about being a Light into the Dark world we live in. The Light that I show is to "Empower People to Step Out of their Shadows (Past) and Be BRAVE to Step IN, to all they were created to BE!"

Start where you are at. Begin by taking hold of your "Royal" call over your life.
