KEEP IMPROVING

Hi friends, hope we are good today , i wasn't really active yesterday due to the fact that i wasn't feeling well, but the goodnews is that am better this morning and am grateful to God for that.

I read something this morning during my quiet time from my UCB Word For Today Devotional that I would want to share with us and I hope it serves as a motivation to someone.

The topic was "Keep improving", from what i learnt it is necessary for us individuals to improve on daily basis but the truth is that when you have nothing to learn then you can't be changing.

Someone cannot leave you for one month and find something different about you.

This morning's devotional made me remember one of my new friends @stackin, when i read a post he made yesterday he started with a quote.

"If you don't change everyday, you are not learning- Charles Fuchs".

The quote actually struck me and seeing it this morning again I had to meditate on it and ask myself how far I have gone, what areas do i really need to improve on myself.

It was a beautiful morning as i pondered on all this and it was like my spirit man was anew.

I could feel the hunger to work harder and be better.

This is why am sharing with you reading now, ask yourself same questions and know areas you need to improve on.

Self development is very very important, don't allow yourself to be empty, make yourself to be someone that always has something to offer.

If you are not working hard then you can't be productive.

Even when you feel you are doing something, there must be results to show that you are working hard, whence there are no results then you have to try something else.

If the society is so far for you then you can start with those around you.

One key to self development is reading, invest in some books and have a good knowledge about certain things.

@gmichelbkk made a post on several books with screenshoots of the book cover that he was going to read for the year which some where recommended by @jerrybanfield.

The year is running so fast and time actually waits for no one.

Even if you haven't started anything, start today it's never too late, it's better than never.

Learn new things from people around you, make yourself a better person from what you use to be before.

Don't procrastinate and keep saying you would, and the day never gets to come, think about what you would gain.

Beginning may not be easy but you have to discipline yourself and allow your focus to be on what you need to achieve.

Take a step today and you wouldn't have any regrets.
