المكونات:
- 400 غرام دقيق أبيض
- ملعقة كبيرة سكر
- ملعقة كبيرة خميرة الخبز
- كيس ڨاني
- ملح
- بيضة
- 2 ملاعق كبيرة زبدة
- خميرة الحلوى
- نصف لتر حليب
- زيت للقلي
لتزيين:
- سكر سنيدة
الطريقة:
في إناء نضع جميع المقادير نجمع الخليط بالحليب الدافئ نخلط العجين جيدا وتترك ترتاح ساعة حتى تختمر ثم
نطلق العجينة بالمدلك حتى يصبح سمكها 1 سم
تقريبا وتقطع دوائر وتوضع فوق منديل وتترك تختمر مرة تانية ثم تقلى في الزيت وترش بالسكر

Dans une bol, mélanger la pâte avec le lait chaud, bien mélanger la pâte, laisser cuire la pâte, puis commencer par la pâte jusqu'à ce qu'elle ait environ 1 cm d'épaisseur, couper les cercles et déposer sur une serviette, laisser infuser
