I just feel like it's a good DAPP to promote. :) It's also nice to imagine STEEM going to the moon over and over. Between you and me, all my extra STEEM is reserved for monsters ;) With moonSTEEM, I hope to generate more to buy monsters... that's the dream.
How are you doing in the game? I just keep losing all of my Steemies. It was cool to earn them just by upvoting their posts, but I feel like it's easy to just lose everything. That's how I feel about the other gambling games too, really. I play them kind of hoping I can make a little money for Steem Monsters, but I really never get anything out of it.
For me, the game is getting my p/l percent up as high as I can, then withdrawing when it's in the positive. Everything that comes from profit/loss rewards has to go through the playable Steemies before it can be withdrawn into actual STEEM.
This is like the way a casino makes you walk through a labyrinth of slots and table games just to get to your room ;) Until I figure out a sustainable auto-bet, it's best if I invest and avoid playing the game too often.
In the betting part of the game, I've had the most luck with betting low at a high multiplier. I'm not sure where the sweet spot is, but an auto-bet of 300 cashing out at 25x was working good for me last night. Was about 30,000 up in three or four hours of play.
