The news. Terrible stuff.
I'm not sure if the creator of "news" intended for it to be 95% full of sad, depressing information or if that's just what the news reporters like to read.
I spent 3 hours of the late evening reading up on the news and now I wonder how I am supposed to sleep.
I mean, the things I read messed up my system so bad that I had my close friend call me and got crying on the phone...over/for people I barely know, countries in disarray, communities dealing with natural disasters, bills yet to be signed, and more!
