With the advancement of technology today to get information very easily, not only by listening or reading but watching. The People around the world like to watch videos for entertainment or for information. However, watching videos on the internet has several issues, such as when we want to watch videos from a platform but only part of which can be accessed from that platform because of many restrictions on the platform. Therefore Monvid provides a solution to solve this problem.

What is Monvid?

Monvid is a decentralized community network that uses blockchain technology to bypass boundaries, filters, and sensors to provide an easy-to-use ad-free streaming video streaming platform to take over the traditional streaming world today. Which is where Monvid wants to provide the favorite video viewing experience without any restrictions wherever they are.

The Purpose Of Monvid

Monvid aims to launch a platform with streaming video and decentralized TV with proxies to bypass all restrictions and sensors around the world. "Because the blockchain technology is decentralized that allows Monvid to provide its users with a better service than what they already get." Said CEO Antonio Jacobs of monvid.

How Monvid Works?

Monvid is based on Blockchain technology and maybe a decentralized application provided by the community. everybody will be able to be a part of this community and share their resources with the platform. Monvid also uses P2P or Peer-to-Peer networks, which means that computer systems can connect to each other over the internet. Each computer works as a shared file server, therefore, no central server is required to store files. The P2P system is very fast and can move files directly from one computer to another without any hassle.

Monvid Platform

The Monvid Platform has been developed with 2 different functions:

  • Peer-to-Peer Video Sharing - Works for creators or video owners to share their videos with everyone in order to be watched for free at no cost wherever the viewers are in. This video can be appreciated by a community member in the form of a gift or a number of fantastic money depends on the creator or owner of the video how they make their videos so interesting.
  • Streaming Video Proxy - Functions to skip all the borders in streaming video on a normal centralized platform, making it easier for viewers to stream or view videos they want without censorship or overwhelming ads.
