Actually, I describe it is Chinese New Year salad to foreign friends. It's the fun of getting to eat it. Mostly vegetable related stuff and sauce plus raw fish which is the most non-vegetarian item.

Exactly. I just mean as they roll it out for the holidays, but it gets earlier each year!!
