This is Steemit Monthly Author Challenge Day 22 Post.

Before i forgot, let me introduce one vegetable photo i took during my trip to Sarawak.
Right after i touched down at kuching airport, my parents brought me to a open air food court for dinner.
趁我还没有遗忘要给大家介绍我回砂拉越时拍的野生的菜
一下飞机爸爸来接我　妈妈已经到露天酒楼点菜

So this is the dish that attracted me most! It was a cold dish and very refreshing. We called this "Midin", and it is only available in East Malaysia. Do let me know if you see this in west Malaysia :)
当然最吸引我的就是这道只有砂拉越或东马有的菜肴
可以清炒　炒sambal或凉拌
我们吃的是凉拌　到现在我还回味无穷
西马有的话跟我说一声

This is a must try when you go to East Malaysia :)
如果有机会到东马　记得一定要试试哦！

You can taste midin at any restaurant in Sarawak.
Since this is the first time i try this restaurant

那个应该是砂拉越的Pucuk Paku，西马这里也有，但是不同种类（我记得我母亲常到菜市场买到）

My West Msian friend studying his Master in agro plants in University Malaysia Sabah (UMS), confirms that this plant only grows in Borneo. 😁😁.. we are very lucky 🍀😉
