wow.. a was sure it was a melon. have never seen a round Zucchini. a gess is was pressedt in a way when it was groving. learned something new today. a did not exspekt.
Yes this vegetable was also new for me :-) get it from a customer as a present 😊. So I don’t asked to much 😀

Das sieht alles so lecker aus!
zuchini schnitzel--
die zuchini in breite streifen schneiden--mit salz und pfeffer würzen-du kannst auch noch knoblauch und chili verwenden---dann in bier eintauchen und in roggenmehl wälzen---roggenmehl macht deftig knusprig-
schön in der pfanne anbraten- von beiden seiten....knusprig braten...
dann einen leckeren salat dazu...
schmeckt herzhaft deftig--lecker-
und auf die würzmischung kommt es an...
viel spass beim ausprobieren..

Coloca un poco de aceite en una sartén a fuego medio, agrega un cebolla y el zucchini en rodajas...saltea unos 3 minutos, le colocas tomates y pimiento todo en picado en cuadros. Revuelves bien y condimentas a tu gusto con sal y pimienta negra. Reduce el fuego, tapar y cocinar a fuego lento durante 5 minutos.
Agregar arroz y agua suficiente para que este se cocine. Tapalo y cocina a fuego lento durante 20 minutos.
