4th February. I saw loads of people queueing to deposit money at the bank machine. Some years ago, a Feng Shui master said it was good luck to do so on the first day of spring which is 4th February this year.
Yesterday, I went to the temporary ATM machine at Toa Payoh Central Community Club to get some new money. There must be about 50 people in front. After queueing more than an hour, my lady arrived. I told her to go have dinner at the next building and buy me a packet of fried rice. She came back after dinner with the fried rice and took over the queue.
Then I eat the fried rice at a table near the queue. You can still see the loads of people in the background. Some of them must be hungry too. Some must be thinking, “Lucky bastard. Where did he get the fried rice?” I was hungry but still the fried rice didn't taste good enough. Still I finished the whole pack. Leave no rice behind. Finally, she got our new money and it took almost 2 hours to clear the queue. Of course everyone was doing it multiple times when it's their turn at the machine.

看到人在银行存款机排长龙。几年前，有位些风水师傅说在立春那天存款会带来好运。
昨天，我去了大巴窑中心联络所的临时提款机提一些新钞。排在我前面大概有50人左右。排了一个多小时后，太太也到了。我叫她去附近吃晚饭，给我买一包炒饭。晚餐后，她回来结队。
然后我在排队旁边的桌子上吃炒饭。你还可以看到排队的人。我敢肯定其中一定也很饿。有些人一定也在想，“这家伙哪里弄来的炒饭？” 我饿了，但也没觉得炒饭很好吃可是还是一粒不剩把它全吃完。最后，到太太提钱了。总共花了将近2小时才能完成任务。当然，每个人到提款机后也至少提两三次。
