At Toa Payoh Central, there is a building where KFC is on the ground floor and Pizza Hut and Saizeriya is on the 2nd floor. The flight of stairs up is quite high and they decided to build an elevator a few years ago. It was completed and was there for months and I saw someone was testing it for sometime. Months later… may be more than a year later, they decided to take it down because they deem it’s not safe. What the hell? Who review and approved the thing in the first place before spending the money?
