Toralai always hated water. Not surprisingly, she almost immediately felt the drops of water fall on her face. When she woke up, she listened first to her body: everything was hurting, but, fortunately, no bones were broken. Tora opened her eyes and looked around. She was in the same corridor. Before her was a cat with long white hair, gathered in a pigtail. In her hands she had a cup and, apparently, she was thinking over whether to spray water to Toralai still or enough. In the end, she still dropped three fingers into the water and splashed to Torah. Toralai hissed and tried to stand up. It turned out only with the third attempt, when the stranger gave her hand. Standing up, Torah shook herself a little and looked inquiringly at the werecat. She was a little embarrassed, but obviously wanted to say something. Finally she asked quietly:
-Are you okay?
-I will live. Who are you?
She was even more embarrassed, but quickly took herself in hand:
-My name is Mewlodia. We ... have a subject for you.
-"At us" is at whom?
Mewlodia did not say anything. Instead, she listened to the silence in the corridor and then, with a finger to her lips, beckoned to her. Tora looked at her incredulously, but nevertheless followed. It was too quiet in the corridors, apparently, it was already a deep night.
From the main corridor they turned twice into the side corridor, after which they slipped past behind a door. They paved the way so as not to get into surveillance cameras, at any rate, Toralay did not notice any.
Behind the door was a spiral staircase. Mewlodia tightly closed the door and saddled the railing.
Lets go. If we walk with our feet, it will take too long.
Because of the the circular motion, the head began to spin slightly, but when they reached the bottom of some catacombs, everything returned to normal.
It was dark below, only a few dull torches on the walls lit up a small room, but cats could see well in the dark. The room, apparently, was some sort of storehouse: it was filled with the furniture that had seen the best days. In the room were several dozen monsters. All of them were engaged in something, but they postponed all their business when they saw Toralai and her companion. Dark gray werecat came forward. Torah immediately noticed her resemblance to Mewlodia, only her hair was painted black, and she was obviously more confident than her sister. The cat coughed slightly, attracting everyone's attention, and spoke:
-My name is Pursefone. I and everyone here are glad to see you among us. Surely you are wondering why we are here. In short, we agree with your performance in the barracks. We do not want to tolerate this attitude to ourselves! And, in addition, after dinner, it became clear to everyone what would end if she felt power. So we categorically disagree with this state of affairs. There are gathered those who are ready to act, but we, like any organization, need a leader. We decided to choose you because without your performance we would not be able to say "Enough!"
Pursefone calmed down. Tora chuckled: "This is good. I should be more careful, or lure her to your side". The Torah was sure that all of them simply would not have had the courage to take responsibility. But now she at least had a support team. She looked around at the crowd. Monsters were too different to make friends in a day, but for the sake of a common goal, you can unite. What, it seems, at the moment, there was only one choice. It was already late to change something. Thinking, Thoralay asked Pursefon:
-You have a plan?
