Thanks for trying, anyway! :-)

The CATtips only started yesterday, but they seem to work every time. I've used it quite a bit and haven't had any problems. Maybe the account that distributes the COFFEEA doesn't have enough resource credits. That happened to beerlover. Too many people were calling for !BEER and the account ran out of resource credits.

    @c0ff33a started the COFFEEA tokens and sometimes he has to reset the bot, @saboin.
