377 seconds of Eternity
There was that thing today that reminded my about my travel in the wonderful Iceland some time ago. That is an extraordinary place indeed, a must see in my opinion!
Why is the title "377 seconds of Eternity"? A technical thing, you could say. That is exactly the time I used to expose in order to capture this frame. It felt to me like Eternity being there, all alone at that moment. Looking from another angle, it felt like an instant. Especially from the perspective of time.
Maybe I will tell you more in a separate story, another time... Because I almost lost my life there that night, it was shortly after the blue hour.

Long time exposure comes always cood with clouds and water, particularly 7n black and white!
True! :) And different exposure times give absolutely different result and effect...
Yes, I imagine that those minutes were an eternity! But it was worth this mysterious beauty!

I spent there about a couple of hours, creating a dozen of images with different exposure times, it was quite a fun as well. And the way back we were rewarded with the sky show of the Aurora Borealis, which was an unexpected gift, considering this was at the end of August :)
I had the privilege of visiting Iceland briefly back in 2001. (still in winter too.) It really did have a permanent impact on me. I love that country!
To be there in the winter is a dream I have for some time... I imagine all those stunning places, covered in white... :)
