Monochrome Monday - Thai Crafts and Arts !!
While in Krabi which is on the southern Thailand’s west coast a very beautiful part of Thailand with lots of beautiful beaches and holiday resorts i came across this older Thai style resort which was always a great spot for wedding receptions and after the reception the Groom and Bride could stay at the resort in a beautiful old traditional style one bedroom Thai house.
This was the entrance door to the Thai style honeymoon house how beautifully carved out.
These painting i found painted on a couple doors around the resort they resemble the way of living in the old Thai ways a few century back , they dressed according to their customers at the time.
These painting is showing some of their musical instruments that were used at folk party dancing and actually are still used in today's generations.

The old traditional resort is absolutely breathtaking, it is so wonderfully ornate for its time. You never cease to amaze me in your finds and discoveries.
The artwork is priceless and who wouldn't feel fortunate to stay or have an event at such an awesome piece of history?

This is truly the perfect spot for a wedding in the Thai Traditional way and by the ocean can you image the photos they would be stunning. Just amazing the man hours gone into producing this resort and even though it is a old resort it is still so picturesque and a wonderful place to spend your honeymoon night :)

That is a beautiful doorway! And the artwork on the other doors is quite lovely. It must have been a very special place to go to celebrate your wedding.
