well i selected the post while going through the "life" tag, and in that meanwhile there wasnt any good post and the selected ones are the best ones so i selected and featured it including you. As i read your post it states what a small change can get you just a tiny piece fo cig u smoke can get u so much more than just a disease or health issues.
