My Next Door Neighbour Who is a Single Mother Is Now on STEEM! #SteemYourNeighbour
Good morning fellow Steemers!
Last night I had an impassioned conversation with my neighbour who quit her full-time job several months ago to take care of her children after her divorce.
Her children and she survive on the occasional freelance jobs she receives. Sadly she's been financially struggling and would not be able to feed her children if not for government aid.
However, she is a brilliant writer and so a thought popped up in my head!
I won't reveal her name, but let's call her Carrie.
She may be able to earn a living through Steem. Would the idea be so absurd?
There are blog writers making thousands of dollars a week!
Could she feed her children and afford a better quality of life through Steem?
I saw now reason why this would not be possible.
So last night from 9pm to 4am I discusses Steem with her, she's completely new to crypto but was very receptive to it!
In fact she was so impassioned that by the end of our conversation she made an account on Steem!
