I have had Goats for several years now and and the parallels between the management of Goats and the management of the public ~~scares~~ amuses me.

When the Goats get out of the fenced area, the easiest way to get them back inside the fence or barn is to rattle the feed can (a tin can with something inside and shake). Every time, one, two, then everyone runs back inside and you close the gate. And you don't even have to feed them.

Easy, and you aren't going to get fed..
